About Vincent Lim

Started as a Graphic Designer, Vincent Lim was fascinated by the possibilities of the online world some years ago around 1998.

During then the popular web editor was a shareware program named Hotdog, which provided basic wysiwyg interface for creating webpages and a year later made the author of the program quite a lot of money. I still remember reading the newspaper article where he was reported to have taken a week off his programming work to create the software which he distributed online as a shareware.
Since then, many more people have found their riches online.

At that time, I was more interested in designing and putting up web-pages than thinking of the commercial potential of the web. It wasn’t till mid 2005 that I began to attend seminars on internet marketing that I realised the true potential of the internet.
